2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to immediately dispose of the application dated 21.10.2019 sent before the Municipal Commissioner, Gaya Municipal Corporation, Gaya Respondent No. 5 through Speed Post dated 22.10.2019 for payment of compensation amount of Rupees Ninety Lacs( Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.614 of 2020(2) dt.18-01-2020 2/2 90,00,000/-) doe to illegally demolish his house by the authority of Municipal corporation, Gaya. (ii) For commanding the Respondents as to why they have not dispose of the application dated 21.10.2019 filed before them.

(iii) For commanding the Respondents to immediately pay the compensation amount of Rupees Ninety Lacs by way of disposing the application dated 21.10.2019.

(iv) For any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper as the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move before the Civil Court for the reliefs claimed in the present writ application, especially with regard to payment of compensation.
