Petitioner is in custody in connection with Pratapganj P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 for the offence under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2019 and the police after investigation has already submitted charge sheet against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000 (Twenty
