Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by Annexure-4 whereby Madarsa Board has taken a decision to consider the case of the dependents of the employees died in harness are eligible for compassionate appointment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.278 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 Considering Annexure-4, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Madarsa alongwith a copy of this order and thereafter Madarsa Board shall take decision in accordance with Annexure-4 at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
