2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhuban P.S Case No. 38 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191 (2), 191(3), 190, 126 (2), 115(2), 329 (3), 109, 352, 351 (2), 351 (3) of the B.N.S, 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner and other coaccused persons is to have short fired upon the informant.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27561 of 2025 vide order dated 07.05.2025 and there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
