2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ekangarsarai P. S. Case No.206 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 447, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.
3. Taking note of this fact that petitioners assaulted the informant, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86717 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 stands rejected.
6. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to concern Court while considering the regular bail application of the petitioners and this Court expects from the learned trial Court that the learned trial Court shall pass judicious order on the regular bail application of the petitioners.
