Permission is granted. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS case no. 350 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 30 liters of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

It is further submitted that the petitioner has already been suitably punished, inasmuch as he is languishing in custody since 27.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) PS case no. 350 of 2019.
