2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 80, 238 and 61(2) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, daughter of informant was married to this petitioner on 26.05.2023 as per Hindu rites and rituals and after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty and harassment by all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and subsequently, the accused persons killed informant's daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, due to family feud, the deceased committed suicide. Moreover, charges have already been framed against this petitioner on 28.04.2026. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 01.09.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, materials that have surfaced during course of investigation, clean antecedents of the petitioner and period of custody, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari in connection
