The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sadar Muzaffarpur P.S. Case no. 476 of 2019, registered under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torturing of the complainant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry through various modes including administering poison due to which she was compelled to leave her matrimonial house.

No.3610 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are mother-in-law and father in law of the complainant and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are aged about 65 years and 69 years, respectively.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar (District Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
