This Court can only examine the decision-making process under its writ jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any fact which would call for any interference in the impugned order.

The claim of the petitioner who is a landless person has to be examined first by the authority and then he can only issue any Basgit Parcha though Basgit Parcha shall not be given against the order of the Bihar Land Tribunal in the matter. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
