2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 103(2), 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S..
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on 03.09.2024, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, variously armed, came and assaulted informant and his family members. It is further alleged that co-accused Anup Ram assaulted son of informant, namely Ajay Kumar, by means of hickey stick due to which blood started oozing out of his head, he fell down on the ground and became unconscious and

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that specific accusation of assaulting son of informant is against co-accused Anup Ram. So far as this petitioner is concerned, she is only named in the F.I.R. and no specific accusation of overt act or assault has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with
