The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Angarh P.s.Case No.14 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired on the confession of the co-accused. There is allegation of causing death of the husband of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that his name transpired on the confession of one co-accused, Abu Hayat and another co-accused who has been named on the confession has been granted bail by this court, vide order dated 20.1.2020 passed in Cr. Having heard both sides and in view of submissions made above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Sahnawaj Alam, J.M. Ist class, Purnea in connection with Angarh P.S.Casae No.14 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the investigation, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
