The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 351 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has not flown electric current in fencing wire of surrounding of field. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84518 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran, Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 351 of 2019.
