The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 dated 04.04.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioners that 18 persons have been named in the FIR, but there is no specific accusation against anyone of them, much less the petitioners. There is a counter version of the occurrence also. There are injuries on persons from both

Considering the aforenoted facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Assistant Sessions Judge, Purnea in connection with Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
