JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 337 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR accused persons, including the petitioner surrounded the informant and there is allegation against petitioner and one Chikku that they stabbed the informant by knife and there is also allegation against other accused persons of assaulting the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Heard learned APP also.

In view of allegation as stated in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2102 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
