Petitioner is not named in the FIR. The case is under Section 394 of the IPC for looting of car and other articles of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on confessional statement of co-accused, name of the petitioner has been surfaced and thereafter he has been remanded in other case also. The petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2019 but in spite of that he has not been put on TIP. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 84885 of 2019(5) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.54/2019.
