JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.10.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 54 litres of Nepali Saufi liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees thirty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
