2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding upon the respondent authorities to grant admissible Family Pension to the Petitioner in terms of Finance Department Letter No.9505 dated 03/10/1964.
(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the letter bearing Memo No.614 dated 26/10/18, whereby and whereunder, it has been stated that no decision with regards to
Patna High Court CWJC No.1251 of 2020 dt.21-01-2020 2/2 Family Pension for adopted son can be taken up in terms of Finance Department Letter No.9505 dated 03/10/1964 in as much as same is absolutely erroneous.
(iii) To any other relief or relief which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case;
(iv) Cost of this litigation."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a representation before the authority on 03.10.2019, which is still pending.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the Court may direct for its disposal.
5. Having considered the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the authority concerned to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which has been annexed in the writ application, if already not disposed off, expeditiously and latest within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
