The petitioner seeks the following reliefs :- (i) A direction may be given to the respondents authority i.e. Respondent No. -4 & 5 for return of security amount to the petitioner as per the agreement dated - 22 June 2010 which was happened in between the petitioner and the respondent No - 4 i.e. Executive Engineer, Rural works Department works Division Sheikhpur, vide term and condition of the agreement security amount Rs. 3,42,001/- (Three lacs forty two thousand one) may be

(ii) Any other relief/reliefs may be given to the petitioner as per the law of the land.

(iii) Cost pilling of soil upon the road may be given after measurement of the works which had been complicit by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appropriate representation for payment of the security amount, as aforesaid, and for redressal of other grievances, as prayed for in the present writ petition. Having regard to the short prayer of the petitioner I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 4 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a representation is filed, the respondent No. 4 shall adjudicate upon the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks' thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed on on the aforesaid terms.
