2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction/s commanding the respondents to provide share to the petitioner in the ancestral property.

3. It is settled law that writ jurisdiction of High Court does not extend to dispute between private parties relating to property rights. It is a pure civil dispute for which a regular suit in competent Civil Court is the only remedy.

4. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
