JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition for directing the respondents to revise and fix

Patna High Court CWJC No.1941 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 the pension of the petitioner after granting super selection grade, as per the office order contained in Memo no. 1292 dated 21.12.2017 issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Sheikhpura as well as to grant second A.C.P. and make payment of the arrears of pension from the date of retirement till the time, the pension is revised. It is further prayed to direct the respondents to make payment of the arrears of difference of salary pursuant to grant of Super Selection Grade and second A.C.P.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent no. 5 for redressal of the grievances of the petitioner herein, as aforesaid. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 5 by filing appropriate representation regarding his grievances within a period of six weeks from today, whereupon the respondent no. 5 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks of filing of such representation by the petitioner herein.
