JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 413, 414, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they were involved in the trade of stolen vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 24.8.2019. The petitioners are drivers and they have been engaged by one Roshan Kumar for carrying the

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019.
