====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No.512 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 7 bottles, each containing 750 ml., 72 bottles, each containing 375 ml., 48 bottles, each containing 180 ml. Indian Made Foreign Liquor, concealing the same inside the road by the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 04.12.2019.
