JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 According to the petitioner, his admitted dues are not being paid and that also without any reason as there is no objection to the billing made by the petitioner.

This Court, under the aforesaid circumstances, deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Executive Engineer, Building Division, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 5) within a period of four weeks stating in detail the amount which

Patna High Court CWJC No.912 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 is due to be paid to the petitioner, who shall pass necessary consequential order on verification of the facts within a further period of six weeks. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary arrangement shall be made for payment of dues within a reasonable period.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
