The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 353, 337, 338, 414, 428, 429 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 (b) of the Bihar Prevention and Improvement of Animal Act and Section 11 (i) (a) (d) (e) (f) of the Prevention of Cruelty of Animal Act.

As per FIR, allegation of smuggling of cattles against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case only suspicion. No specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is ready to abide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87291 of 2019(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 by any condition imposed upon him. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 23.01.2020 in Cr. Misc No. 87147 of 2019 and order dated 23.01.2020 in Cr. Misc. No.677 of 2020. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kurlikot P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
