JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
