2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the relief sought for can be addressed under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition to approach the concerned authorities.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
