2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Specific allegation of firing gun shot on informant's nephew is against co-accused Manoj Kumar Raj and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of this petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
