No. 16166 of 2019 by way of extention of time for preferring an appeal before the District Magistrate, Samastipur for the needful.

For the reasons stated in the application, prayer is allowed.

If the petitioner prefers a fresh appeal before

Patna High Court MJC No.5241 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 the District Magistrate, Samastipur within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained and a reasoned order shall be passed in accordance with law.

The order dated 21.08.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16166 of 2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
