2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant grant of regular bail in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43697 of 2025.

3. From the perusal the records, it appears that earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 03.09.2025 and the petitioner has filed this successive bail application in this Court again on 20.12.2025, after three months from the rejection of the earlier bail order and the practice of filing successive bail applications is not appreciated by this Court.
