Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

22 litres of liquor was allegedly recovered from a house and the petitioners were apprehended thereat. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 07.11.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioners.
