Patna High Court CWJC No.605 of 2020 dt.06-09-2022 2/2 "That this writ application is for quashing of the Gazettee Notification dated 6th September 2019 whereas stopped the implementation of circular issued by the Government of Bihar, Industries Department vide Resolution No. SIPB/MISC/IF/33/2018-371 dt. 18.01.2019 with immediate effect without assigning any reason, without given any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as consequential auction sale notice issued by Punjab National Bank, Kankarbagh published in the Hindi daily Newspaper "Dainik Bhaskar" dated 07.12.2019 (Dainik Bhaskar) as per instruction of Respondent no. 4 (Punjab National Bank) as per clause 13(30 and fixed auction of mortgaged property on 13.01.2019 which is against the Industrial Policy Guideline 2019."
