Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hilsa (Nalanda) Complaint Case No. 172 C of 2016 registered under sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner never demanded any dowry nor tortured the complainant. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa (Nalanda) Complaint Case No. 172 C of 2016.
