Counsel for the petitioner submits that now the prayer is confined to payment of difference of arrears of ACP/MACP and also arrears in terms of the 5th and 6th PRC. Counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that representation filed by the petitioner in this regard shall be considered and disposed of by the University in accordance with law at the earliest.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed
