Petitioner, apprehends his arrest registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323/34, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Informant who is wife of the petitioner has alleged that her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner in the year 2017 in which sufficient gifts and cash were given at the time of marriage. However, after marriage she was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ill motive. It has come in the order of learned court below that although petitioner was ready to keep the complainant with him with honour and dignity but complainant reused to accompany him.

No.84455 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on prearrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
