1. The petitioner has challenged the selection process for grant of Public Distribution System shop license.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the notification dated 21.07.2022 any person being aggrieved by the process of selection for grant of license of P.D.S. shop shall file a complaint before the concerned Divisional Commissioner.

3. Having considered the notification dated 21.07.2022, the petitioner is directed to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur against the selection process within a period of 15 days from today.

4. If such a complaint is filed, the learned Commissioner shall dispose the same in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to all concerned within a reasonable time period.
