2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 240 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309(4), 311 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Unknown criminals committed loot. The petitioner was arrested since he met with an accident and he has been found involved in the crime.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2025.
