ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No.128 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a false allegation was made against the present petitioner and she subsequently supplied the correct originals to verify and authenticate the documents filed by her for being appointed as an Angan Bari Sevika. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of

No.84709 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Siwan, in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No.128 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
