Petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act to which sections 15, 18 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act and section 120B I.P.C. was added later on. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused, Dilip Yadav has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.10.2019 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84804 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 59204 of 2019, as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioners are in custody since 05.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019.
