The petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.08.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner made an attempt to commit theft of the motorcycle of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been roped in the the present case. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that apart from the present case, the petitioner is accused in two other cases and out of two cases, one is of similar nature. However, the petitioner is on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85358 of 2019(3) dt.19-03-2020 2/2 bail in both the cases.
Learned APP for the State submits that the accusation is specific against the petitioner. Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation being already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Civil Lines P.S.
