The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.11.2019 to the extent that the period of surrender be extended for further period of two weeks. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that due to inadvertent mistake and communication gap petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below in terms of order dated 05.11.2019 and within time granted by this Court. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the statement made in the modification

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86881 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 application, I am inclined to modify the order dated 05.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65301 of 2019 to the extent that the time granted by this Court for surrender of the petitioners be extended by further two weeks from today.
