JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 14-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the complainant and learned APP for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable Complaint C1 844/2018. Prosecution case in brief is that the complainant Rupa Devi was married to the petitioner on 02.06.2013 according to the Hindu rites and customs. Allegation of the complainant was subjected to cruelty and harassment by the petitioners including the petitioner on account of insufficient dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84819 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 petitioners are falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. There was no demand of dowry from the complainant by the petitioners. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi Complaint Case No. C1 844/2018 / C.I.S.
