JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 338 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the alleged stolen pick up van was recovered from the shop of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the same has been brought in the Kabadi shop of the petitioner by a co-accused and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in judicial custody since 28.10.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five
