Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 122 of 2019 registered under sections 341, 323, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus against all the accused persons. As a matter of fact, it is the opposite party no.2 who is not desirous of living with this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2019.
