The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 504, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. For a trivial dispute arising out of touching the vehicle of the informant, there is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the
