2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baddi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in the present matter due to village politics and nothing incriminating material has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that the confessional statement of the petitioner was forcibly obtained by the police and he was forced to sign the same under threat given by the police. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner bears no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 10.10.2025 and one similarly situated co-accused, namely Gaurav Singh, has

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submissions, the averments made in this application and mainly taking into account the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent, his custody period and the privilege of bail having been granted to the co-accused Gaurav Singh by a co-ordinate bench of this Court, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Baddi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025.
