2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case with allegation that she had illicit relation with husband of deceased. Save & except this, there is no allegation that she in any manner participated in commission of murder of deceased. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Trial Court within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge - 10, East Champaran (Motihari) in connection with Patahi P.S.
