The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Garhpura P.S.case No.20 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 506 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and as per FIR, some miscreants came and started indiscriminate firing on the informant, however, it did not hit anybody and later on his name transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Apart from that he is accused in two more cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that considering the same co-accused Surendra Chaudhari, who has been named in the FIR, has already been granted bail by the then Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84864 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 26.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11495 of 2019 and other accused persons have also been granted bail vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.69038 of 2019 and order dated 24.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43426 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody for more than six months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S.case No.20 of 2018. Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is allowed.
