The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 207 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30/30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 35 liters of illicit liquor from a place situated at the back of the shop of the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one case, but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.11.2019.
