ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.245 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly, the main allegation is against Firdaus Khan and not the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedents and belongs to a respectable family.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of
