The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, petitioner has not been named in this F.I.R. but his name transpired in this case during course of investigation on the confession of the co-accused, Himanshu Raj and except confession nothing is on record against the petitioner.
